ADA Solutions, Inc. Adds White Cap Construction Supply, Inc. to Patent Infringement Lawsuit
Summary of Press Release
Chelmsford, MA – April 6, 2011. ADA Solutions, Inc., the leading US manufacturer of Tactile Warning Surface ("TWS") Products, has asserted patent infringement claims against White Cap Construction Supply, Inc. ("White Cap") in a lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The lawsuit alleges that the sale, installation, or replacement of Armor-Tile Replaceable Cast in Place TWS products from Engineered Plastics, Inc. and Access Tile Cast in Place Replaceable TWS products from Access Products, Inc. (“Access Tile") infringe U.S. Patent No. 7,779,581, which is owned by ADA Solutions, Inc. By adding White Cap to the lawsuit, ADA contends that White Cap's sale of those same products infringes upon ADA's patent rights.
